We are temporarily closed as we relocate to 18 LaSalle Street in the village of Elsah, just 8 miles west on the Great River Road. Our new restaurant and bar, State Street on LaSalle, is expected to reopen mid to late March with the same great food, service, wine, and craft cocktails you’ve enjoyed at State Street Market for the past 10 years.

We now offer a new Dinner Menu as well as our original lunch menu in the evenings. Enjoy dishes such as Chicken Marsala, Thick Cut Pork Loin, Filet of Beef, Seared Scallops, Lasagna or our casual selection such as Flatbreads and Charcuterie plates.
Come visit our wine bistro & spirits bar and wine retail store NOW OPEN with new Evening Hours! The retail wine store allows you to pick up a bottle of wine at “carry out prices” and drink in our restaurant, ensuring fair prices to enjoy wine out. What you don’t finish, we will seal for legal transport.
We also have an amazing selection by the glass if you prefer. Look for our new tasting area in the wine retail store so you can always sample new arrivals!
